The Play’s The Thing

June 19 @ 8:00 am - June 30 @ 5:00 pm PDT

Free

Join us on campus from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm June 19 -30 for all things Theatrical and fun!

We are excited to announce our upcoming Theater Summer Camp for students aged 8 to 14! This camp will be a wonderful opportunity for your child to learn theater skills, while also enjoying traditional summer camp fun.

We are THRILLED that Shari Cohen will lead our theater camp this year! Shari’s has years of experience working with students ages 7 to adult. Campers can expect to learn performance skills, play theater games, and create a magical experience for audiences.

Our camp will be held from June 19 through 30 with performances on the final evening of camp. Camp hours are 8am to 5pm each day, see the schedule below.  Breakfast and community wake up will happen from 8-9, theater classes from 9-12:30 and lunch and traditional camp activities from 12:30 – 5:00. Students will have the opportunity to continue their theater projects during the afternoon on their own if they desire.

While we’ll have plenty of snacks on hand throughout the day to keep everyone fueled and energized, parents will still need to pack a lunch for their child each day. We recommend a balanced meal with plenty of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables, to help keep your child fueled and focused throughout the day.

We believe that our Theater Summer Camp is the perfect opportunity for your child to develop new skills, make new friends, and have a great time this summer. We hope to see you there!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Cori Simons at csimons@reach-program.com. Thank you for your interest in our camp, and we hope to see your child this spring break.

The cost for this camp is on a sliding scale, please choose the option that reflects what your family is able to pay. No REACH student will be turned away for lack of funds.

The Camp Waiver & Release form found here must be completed and returned before your child can be dropped off for their first day of camp. Printed copies are available in the office.

Students should arrive at Theater Camp with warm clothing, closed-toed shoes, a lunch, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Additional suggestions for items may arise at the time of the camp, and campers will be notified as things change.
